1. The service

Strategy X-Ray (“we”, “the service”) provides trading account statistics, strategy reconstruction and code generation through this website. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your login secure. You may connect trading accounts only with their investor (read-only) password and only if you own the account or are authorised by its owner.

3. Tokens and payments

Reconstructions and the full algorithm with code are paid with tokens bought in our shop. Prices in tokens are shown before you confirm an action. Tokens reserved for a reconstruction that fails are returned automatically. Unused tokens do not expire. Refunds for unused token packs are handled under our refund policy.

4. Generated content

You receive a non-exclusive licence to use the algorithm descriptions and source code generated for you. They are provided “as is”, without warranty of fitness for any purpose or of profitability.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to access other users’ data, overload or reverse-engineer the service, or use it in breach of law, broker terms or third-party rights.

6. Risk and liability

Trading involves substantial risk (see our Risk Disclosure). To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for trading losses or for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update the service and these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page.
